Miniature Jersey Breed Standards: Excellence in Size, Health, and Temperament

Other Features

The Miniature Jersey breed is distinguished by a uniquely dished (concave) face, complemented by the characteristic mealy or deer-like muzzle, with a pale halo surrounding the darker nose. This dairy breed typically has short horns, though some individuals may be polled.

Jerseys possess an elegant, dainty appearance—almost aristocratic and deer-like. Few cattle in the world display such grace, and even fewer produce calves that resemble delicate fawns.
